Origaudio Product Warranty Information

We take pride in what we do and what we create. That’s why we stand behind our products 100% and offer a 1 year product warranty on our products from the date they were originally purchased.


  • Origaudio's warranty does not cover refunds. However, if your item is defective or experiencing technical issues, we will replace your product.​

  • There is no guarantee that the replacement items will have the same imprint as the one sent to us unless we have an order number to reference and artwork still on file.

  • All returns are tested in-house for proper product functionality since we always strive for customer satisfaction. If there's a problem, we want to get to the root cause of it. However, a lot of the time, we find that some users experience FWAPTU (frustration with a product that's unfamiliar). Before you return your items, take another look at the instruction manual or shoot us an email here and we'll see if we can resolve your issue. If we receive a product deemed to be in full working order after testing, we will send it back.

  • All returns MUST have this return authorization form with them completely filled out. Otherwise, returns will not be processed. ​

  • Shipping costs for returns are the sender's responsibility. Return shipping costs will be covered by Origaudio.

  • Returns take 2-3 weeks to process once the item is received.


Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Products are only eligible for a refund if they are un-opened and unused.
