Refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products are only eligible for a refund if they are un-opened and unused.
- To initiate the return process, please click the above link, enter the required information and follow the prompted steps. Once submitted, your return will go to one of our team members for approval. Once approved, you will be emailed a pre-paid return label to ship your product(s) back to us.

- Please note, if you do not ship your Origaudio product(s) back to us within 90 days of receiving your return label, your return will no longer be valid.
Origaudio Product Warranty Information
We take pride in what we do and what we create. That’s why we stand behind our products 100% and offer a 1 year product warranty on our products from the date they were originally purchased.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
Origaudio's warranty does not cover refunds. However, if your item is defective or experiencing technical issues, we will replace your product.
All warranty exchanges are tested in-house for proper product functionality since we always strive for customer satisfaction. If there's a problem, we want to get to the root cause of it. However, a lot of the time, we find that some users experience FWAPTU (frustration with a product that's unfamiliar). Before you return your items, take another look at the instruction manual or shoot us an email here and we'll see if we can resolve your issue. If we receive a product deemed to be in full working order after testing, we will send it back.
- To initiate a warranty exchange, please click the above return link, enter the required information, and select "exchange." Please include all information that might be useful in the warranty process. Once your exchange request is submitted, it will go to one of our team members for approval. If approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label to ship your defective product back to us.
