Awesome speaker

I love this speaker. Got it as a christmas gift years ago. Sadly after many years of playing it got stuck to a box and when i removed it it didnt sound the same again. But definitely worth it as it brought me endless hours of music playing. Just wish they sold it in my country again. Would definitely buy 3 of them if it was.

As awesome as ever

This Rock-It was bought to replace one that I have had for years. I think I went too long without using it and it wouldn't take a charge. So I bought a new one. The sound quality is best, in my opinion, when used on a cardboard box or thin wood (bottom of a nightstand drawer, thin center section of a cabinet door, etc.). Metal or thick plastic, like an office-sized trash can work but make the sound a little tinny and not as rich. Experiment with many different surfaces to find what works best for you.

Fun little science lesson

I bought this on a whim but I was shocked at how good it can sound. I played around for a long time, testing it out on different things. Fun little speaker, would be great for times when space might be limited.

Hey Andrew... Thanks for trying out the Rock-it! We're so happy its been a great experience so far. We highly recommend finding the biggest box you can find and trying it out on that. It will really BUMP!!

Great for Exhibit sounds too!

I originally saw these on Shark Tank shortly after they debut'd. I purchased about 10 of these for an exhibit area in our museum that looks like a old town that you walk through. We wanted to add some sounds to it so it was more immersive. So I purchased these to try them out. I used ethifoam as the base and foam core to build a box. After gluing it all together and testing a speaker it was Awesome! So I rigged up 5-6 more spread out through out the area. It makes the exhibit SO much better. You hear horses clogging down the street, kids playing, wood shops working, and a bunch more. It was just as much fun putting the sounds together as it was creating and installing the speakers. This saved our budget! We would have paid a least $500-$600 if we would have purchased speakers to do what the Rock-it did. Glad I saw this on Shark Tank when I did. We may be buying more to enhance another area as well.

Hey Alan... Thanks so much for the AWESOME review and we're so so glad that the Rock-It has helped you and your budget so much!! Hope you love it for years to come!!
